What is your long-term goal? In business — paint a vision for the future.
Rebecca: My long-term goal is to have a portfolio of properties within Australia and overseas, Invest in other successful businesses, continue to grow my online businesses to reach well over 15 million, help more people build their own incredible online businesses and become the best version of themselves, physically, mentally and financially.
How do you stay organized with such a busy schedule? What are some time management strategies, SOPS (standard operating procedures), hires or hacks that have helped you dramatically in business?
Rebecca: I love to wake up early at 5 starts. I have the morning routine that I must do, which is meditation, journaling, gratitude journaling, looking over my list on what my schedule is for the day, do a morning session, whether that is boxing or gym. How I stay organized is by writing down in my notebook exactly what I need to do the next day. Waking up early has helped me stay on track and be consistent; here is a HOT TIP that I share with others and my team, It’s helped me complete tasks quicker. Put a timer for 1 hour, have no distractions, you must put your phone away, then when the timer goes off, stop working and have a 30 min break and then go back to it again. Just adjust it according to your schedule. If I don’t do this, I find myself not having breaks, and I get too distracted. Try it :)
What strategies do you use to optimize your performance or mindset? For example, biohacking, meditating, seminars, personal development etc.
Rebecca: I am very big on personal development; I’ve been doing it for years. I do meditation morning and night, and I read a few chapters of a book each day or most days, depending on my schedule. Journaling is a must, putting thought to paper is very powerful, breathwork for 5–10 mins daily. I don’t like to do so many things, just a few and be consistent.
What are some 80/20 principles that you have implemented in your business and personal life that have helped? (80/20 is Pareto’s Principle) What’s one domino that knocks down 5 activities, i.e. a high-level task to focus on?
Rebecca: I don’t follow these principles; for any small tasks that I need to do, I have my VA help me while I work on bigger tasks; if I can do it all, I would, but we need to think smarter, not harder :) More time for personal life.
What have been some of the best investments of money or time in your business or personal life? e.g. going to an event, reading a book, investing in a specific thing, etc.
Rebecca: One of the best investments was when I invested in an online program this has led me to where I am today, very grateful.
