At the age of 18, Morgan was packed full of ideas and dreams for the perfect life. However, when he left school with nothing but ideas and beliefs of not being smart enough or good enough to ever truly succeed in life.

Being tied up in drugs, alcohol, violence and a toxic environment at a young age, Morgan’s life started to fall apart, and as his self-esteem lowered, his depression and anxiety increased to the point of attempting to take his own life at 19 years old.

Getting the wake-up call he needed he decided to change his environment and focus on what truly mattered to him, Creating a life of fun, happiness, and freedom!

He started switching up his environment and that’s when a friend handed him a Jim Rohn CD that he obsessed over every single day and began to re-wire his perception of normal.

He started a business in the network marketing industry at 21 as he saw it as a way to create freedom and get out of his 6 am to 5 pm carpentry career that was destroying him. Failing forward every step of the way, dealing with all the haters and internal sabotaging beliefs, Morgan really worked on his mindset, and his skill set and set out to be the best version of him he could be.

Two years later at the age of 23, he quit his career as a carpenter and was able to create financial freedom, generating more money residually per week than he needed to live and moved to his dream country of Mexico.

He then went on to grow his business to generate over 7 figures in sales annually with customers in 19 countries globally and became the #1 income earner under 25, in that company.

Travelling the world sharing the secrets of success, fast growth and how to overcome limitations of the mind to create a more fun-filled, success-driven life, he has been on stages in 4 countries with offers for many more and spoken to crowds of over 6000 at once.

In 2020 he decided to close the doors to his online business and start teaching everything he knew to the whole world through his Dream Out Loud podcast which has reached #6 for personal development in all of Australia and #101 in the USA, plus top 10 in over 20 other countries too and is globally in the top 1% of all podcasts.

He has had guests such as Les Brown, Kerwin Rae, Dr John Demartini, Mark Victor Hansen, Chris Voss, Dr John Gray and so many more.

Now the founder and CEO of the Dream Out Loud Institute, which is one of Australia’s fastest growing and top-rated personal and professional development companies, helping millennials break through a life of fear, doubts and limitations and finally create a life on purpose, with passion and next-level success.

Here we sit down with Morgan, to know a bit more about his journey as an entrepreneur.

Q. Tell us a little more about your journey as an entrepreneur — how did you get started? What inspired you?

Morgan: I was inspired to be an entrepreneur because of my upbringing and seeing from a young age that money does actually bring you happiness, and if I learned how to generate it myself I’d always be able to do the things I really wanted to do. I never wanted mediocrity.

Q. What’s one thing in your routine that you do consistently that has made a huge difference in your personal or business life?

Morgan: I continually invest in my education. Now I’ve invested over $250,000 in my own personal development and every time I have done so, it brings me back the best ROI.

Q. Who are your mentors and inspiration? and what knowledge or insight did they give to you that was valuable?

Morgan: Tony Robbins has been a big one for me, I learned a lot from him and was one of the first seminars I attended. Along with my current mentor David Ts Wood, a bit of an underground legend who has, in my eyes uptime successful life. A private plane, yacht island, health and incredible friends and freedom. What’s the point of creating wealth if you don’t have the freedom to enjoy it?

Q. What has been your most satisfying moment in business?

Morgan: This year we’re raising $15,000 for a safe house in Bali to help give a safe home to women and children who are living on the streets, begging to just get buy daily. The influence I have to raise that money and the freedom to go and do that is pretty dam satisfying.

Q. How do you market your business, and which tactics have been most successful?

Morgan: Pretty organic, Instagram mostly, followed by our podcast, Dream Out Loud, and then paid ads’

Q. What have been your biggest failures or challenges?

Morgan: Learning how to scale a business while having to sever scatterbrain and wanting to be 10 years ahead haha.

I’ve had some horrible events that were complete failures in my early days, but I’m glad we’re past them now.

Q. How did this failure, or apparent failure, set you up for later success?

Morgan: What doesn’t work and also learned how to be a better leader.

Q. If someone was to create a TV show about you, what would it be about and what would it be called?

Morgan: DREAM OUT LOUD- The Art of creating a fulfilling successful life on purpose.
