Here we sit down with Radka, to know a bit more about her journey as a coach.

Q. What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?

Radka: After a few years spent as a full-time mum, where I went through a lot of healing, finding myself back after an amazing and very demanding job, lots of learning, and coaching I realized there is a huge gap in a personal and professional growth field. And its lack of focus on inner development, On believing in ourselves that we can do it. And learning to grow on the inside when taking on a new role (in career or business). And in order to do that we need to be able to release the old stories that are holding us back and adapt to a new empowering one.

Before becoming a mum, I have been working for quite some years in the HR profession, passionate to support people to find the right place for them at the right time — and supporting their further development. But within the very fast-growing and high-demanding environment, I lost myself while doing it. I simply was not able to believe that I am big enough, that I can do it all. So I silenced my voice many times. I searched for external validations, pushed through, procrastinated, overthought, needed to make things perfect so doing, even more, made myself available for everything and everyone to feel I am doing enough….then getting sick and started all over again. Lots of stress, tiredness, health issues, and loss of motivation.

So after finally seeing the root cause and understanding why and how we simply need to learn to manage our own power so that it's not taken away by the outside, I suddenly felt a strong calling. Calling to help other women make a shift to work and live differently. To truly unlock their confidence, believe in themselves. Believing they can do what they want to do and be who they want to be.

Q. How did you get started?

Radka: I started with education. I fell in love with Aromatherapy as it was my first natural remedy to help me connect back to my strengths, my energy and help me prioritize myself as well as manage my emotions. I remember late evenings, after I put my kids to bed I opened up the computer and dived into chemistry. And then I needed to go deeper. You know, every process goes step by step. When you step on the first step, you suddenly get to see others. And I wanted to provide a true transformation for women. Besides many books, I got certified in various coaching programs, where I learned the best frameworks on how to work on our mind, release the old doubts and fears, and truly unleash for the next level of you, our success in career and life.
And as passionate as I am for the possibilities and fulfillment it provides, I simply started to speak about the benefits — to my friends, my previous colleagues, and this way I built a portfolio of clients. This was crucial to see the impact and deepen my skills of providing the transformation. Then I started to build collaborations — with others, with organizations, and providing my teachings & coaching for their people as well. It's an exciting and ongoing journey of constant improvements and works on inner growth myself so that I can provide the best in class results and build this incredible movement for working women.

Q. What was your biggest startup challenge? What steps did you take to overcome it? What did you learn?

Radka: I could easily say the technology, figuring out all the “right” steps to put myself out there. But truly the biggest challenge was to believe I can. Even though I have gone through my transformation, this was a new journey, a new role for me. So it triggered different stories and fears I needed to go through. I found my power partners to support me on a journey and I learned again, that all starts and ends in our own minds.

Q. What is the Most Memorable Thing You’ve Done Since you Started your Business?

Radka: Within last year, I hosted 2 online conferences where I had a chance to connect with amazing experts from all around the world, and together we were able to support and inspire a great number of women to find their own way out of chaos, out of stuckness and to step into their power. As I shared before, we do not rise and shine in our power alone. We rise together.

Q. What is one book you recommend, and why?

Radka: There is so much wisdom in so many books I have read. If I have to choose just one, for now, I would say The Power of Now from Eckhart Tolle. I love how his teachings are supporting our way to stay present and tune in to what's truly happening — inside as well as outside of us. I find this a great resource to start understanding yourself better, letting go of many fears (as these are many times just built in our mind worrying about the future or self-judging the past), and getting to respond to the moment in a more truthful and empowered way.

Q. What are your top 3 favourite online apps, tools, or resources and what do you love about them?

Radka: My favorite is Calendly & zoom as it just makes the connection with people so easy and effortless.

And then it's my online mastermind I am a part of. Truly, we all need a power partner to grow. We do not rise and shine in our power alone. And that is why I am super glad I found my own group where we share, learn and grow together to keep moving forward in a way that is aligned. In a way that feels good!

Q. In terms of legacy, what is the mark you’d like to leave on the world?

Radka: I like to regularly go through an exercise to anchor in my true why, because honestly — this clarity brings so much power to be able to move forward even in tough times.

For me as a mum, it's seeing my kids growing up trusting they can create the life of their dreams and they would not feel small or limited by any situation. And that there would never be another woman on earth doubting whether it's worth it to bring a child to this world.

Q. In one sentence, what’s the best advice you’d give to someone just starting out on their entrepreneurial journey?

Radka: Everything starts and ends within your mindset. Master the power of your mind, how you think about yourself and others, and how you present yourself and show up. Then you will get to hold the true power to success that lasts and feels good.
