Of course, I teach 9–5ers & Sales Pros A High-Income Skill, more specifically the Art of Persuasion.

Teach them how to help someone make a decision they already desire to make for their OWN reasons and all my clients have to do is tap into those reasons and show them how their offer helps said someone fulfils their objective and the only thing left for said someone to do is BUY.

Oh! And did I forget to mention that you get a PHAT commission check for doing so?

On average anywhere from $500-$700 per sale. Cha-Ching!

What does a typical day in life do?

A typical day in the life of a High-Ticket Closer looks like this:

AFTER you go through my training & have proven that you CAN close, I can place you where you can receive an average of 3–5 calls/day — 5 days/wk.

*Note: These are not cold calls.. — they are usually warm prospects that have already bought from the high-ticket entrepreneur before — they’re prequalified & pre-framed for what you’ll be offering

MINIMUM KPI is a 20% closing ratio

The average Commission is 10–15% in cash... Averaging about $500–700 per sale in your pocket

At 10% commission and a 20% closing ratio. You’d sell 16 units, and with bonuses, you’d sit right around 10k per month.

My favorite part of a typical day though is what that sort of money can do for you, your family & loved ones outside of work. If you’re anything like me… you like to travel! You can do this from anywhere in the world as long as you have a laptop & wifi. (oftentimes the entrepreneur will provide a laptop for you) I went to Disney World for a week because my girlfriend has always wanted to go there, Went to San Diego to visit my best friend who’s serving in the Navy, went to Florida… went to Florida again… and once more! (3 times a charm)

I also had during this time promised my girlfriend(soon to be fiance, shh) that when I made my first 8k month I would take her on a shopping spree, so I did! Ended up spending a cool 1k+ on anything she wanted.

I challenge you, the one who’s reading this to think about: how much would 10k/month impact you & those around you who you love? What would you do? Would it allow you to travel more? Would it allow you to give back? Would it allow you to help your parents out? Buy yourself a new car? Pay off debt?

I want you to understand that you are ONLY 1 skill away, 1 investment away, and 1 mentor away from manifesting your desires into reality.

If there is one thing you have to get done in a day what is it and why?

Spending quality time with my family.

Recently my mom had gotten into a choking accident and was without oxygen for a little over 10min…

she was in ICU for a month & has been in the hospital ever since (94 days) fighting to get her strength back in all areas.

Fighting muscle atrophy, brain damage, etc.

Life is a vapor & is extremely precious.

What has been the best advice you have ever received?

For wisdom is better than rubies, and all things that may be desired are not to be compared to it

This verse is written by the Richest & Wisest man to ever live, King Solomon.

The modern translation to the word “wisdom” is the word “skill”

Translated: skills are better than rubies, and all things that may be desired are not to be compared to it

Do ya’ll know how much rubies go for?

According to Google: Fine-quality rubies are some of the most expensive gemstones, with record ruby prices of over $1,000,000 per carat. However, rubies are also subjected to more treatments than almost any other gem. For this reason, ruby prices can range from a few hundred dollars a carat to thousands of dollars per carat.

Now I want you to play along with me for a second… Which do you think is more likely:

That the RICHEST man to EVER live would’ve had the poorest-quality rubies(least rare)

That the RICHEST man to EVER live would’ve had the finest-quality rubies(most rare)

Obviously the ladder right?

Would you take $1,000,000 or Skills?

I know I probably would say $1,000,000 before understanding this verse…

But maybe, just maybe, King Solomon has learned a thing or 2 that we haven’t…

Why would the RICHEST man ever live to say such a thing?

The reason I believe King Solomon says this is because: skills will serve you for the rest of your life. The government can take your money, and your spouse can too — but no one can take away your skills that will generate you financial freedom in any circumstance. That is Power.

Only having mastered 1 skill in my life: persuasion. It is hard to wrap my head around & even explain how much of an impact it’s had on my life. Not just financially, but in every aspect. My relationships, my health, my wealth, my happiness.

Having only 1 skill in my tool belt I can see how King Solomon can say such a thing. It is truly something words cannot describe.

Who are your mentors and inspiration? and what knowledge or insight did they give to you that was valuable?

God is the best mentor. He’s the only one that knows you better than you know yourself. And he’s the only one who knows EXACTLY what you need. Ask him what you need.

But if you must know a mentor… I’d say Myron Golden has been my favorite.
