Here we sit down with Inna, to know a bit more about her journey as an entrepreneur.
Q. Tell us a little more about your journey as an entrepreneur — how did you get started? What inspired you?
Inna: My personal struggles have been the driving force that inspired me to become a relationship coach. Working through my own personal experiences, and freeing myself from toxic and unhealthy relationships motivated me to start helping other women who were in the same boat as me.
I was also lucky enough to have amazing friends who were already entrepreneurs creating an impact in the community and who were an inspiration for me during the process of figuring out my purpose and calling.
Q. What’s one thing in your routine that you do consistently that has made a huge difference in your personal or business life?
Inna: I practice mindfulness and meditate daily which keeps me grounded and helps me overcome stressful times.
Q. Who are your mentors and inspiration? and what knowledge or insight did they give to you that was valuable?
Inna: I had so many mentors at different stages of my journey who have been supporting and guiding me throughout the process of figuring out my purpose and calling.
They shared their knowledge and experience with me which indeed helped me grow and reach my goals. I was held accountable for my actions and expanded my network.
Q. What has been your most satisfying moment in business?
Inna: The most satisfying moment in business has been seeing my clients transform and free themselves emotionally.
It’s knowing that you played a small part in helping them achieve that level of freedom.
Q. How do you market your business, and which tactics have been most successful?
Inna: I utilise social media platforms and email marketing.
In the last few years, I have been involved in summits which help reach a greater audience as well as network with others in the field.
Q. What have been your biggest failures or challenges?
Inna: I had to overcome my fear of charging for my services early on, figure out how I chose to manage my time and decide which opportunities to pursue and which to pass.
When you are first starting out you take on as many clients as possible due to fear of “missing out” on opportunities but with time realise that not every client is your client and that’s okay.
Through this realization, I created my signature course, an 8-week program instead of taking on one on one clients.
Q. How did this failure, or apparent failure, set you up for later success?
Inna: Realizing that you can’t help everyone nor should you, creating a business that works for you and not the other way.
Always remember your WHY and continue to learn from your mistakes while making an impact.
